At Heritage Engravings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

For our return policy, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for non-custom items. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom items or any products that have been personalized or customized.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us via email as soon as possible so we can address the refund process. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a police report and emailing us with the report details.
